Daniel Feldman - Linwood, N.J. Freshman - George Washington University
Interested in baking from an early age, Daniel quickly turned that interest into helping less fortunate youth by founding the organization Kids Feeding Kids. The program focuses on using fundraising and education to raise awareness of childhood hunger in America. Daniel organizes bake sales, as part of the Great American Bake Sale, raising $85,000 over the last five years.  Since 2000, Daniel has coordinated bi-monthly food drives, collecting hundreds of pounds of food for his local area food bank.

'Kids Feeding Kids' represents a fundraiser and awareness effort founded by Daniel Ryan Feldman a founding member of 'Peer Partners'. His goal is to help end child hunger in America. In addition to participating in and organizing food collection drives, he volunteers at the Community Food Bank and organizes bake sales as part of the Great American Bake Sale program. He has created a "Baking Book" and introduced specially designed anti-hunger pins that he sold to raise funds to help end child hunger. He is currently working on a children's book! Daniel has teamed with area businesses to include banks, grocers, bakers, printers, jewelers, designers, reporters, car dealers and party store owners, to help achieve his goal to end child hunger. To date, in addition to collecting hundreds of pounds of food, he has raised over $85,000 that has been used to provide grant monies for after school meal programs throughout the United States. There are a lot of kids who now have the nutritious meals they need!
